“Boon” Restaurant is a Eastern European Restaurant with influences from Romanian, Russian, French, Ukrainian and Moldavian cuisine. The restaurant is a cozy and welcoming spot in the middle of hectic Manhattan. This Hell’s Kitchen gem is a great space for a lovely dinner, quick lunch bite or fun fulfilling brunch. Great space for social events, family gatherings, dates. “Boon” or mainly known as “Bun” in Romanian language actually means good. Anything from people to food can be called “bun”. We created a space that has good food,good people and an insanely good atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The 44th St and 9th Avenue neighborhood got what it was definitely needing: a cozy place serving homemade European dishes along with some American favorites like “Boon” Burger or Crispy Calamari.
